The Davidson County Local Food Network presents our FOOD BUZZ series. The first Food Buzz meet-up features guest speaker, Dennis Quaintance founder of Quaintance-Weaver Restaurants & Hotels.
From assistant housekeeper in Montana to CEO of his own restaurant and hotel company, Mr. Quaintance is a pioneer in the industry with regards to his environmentally-conscious standards in constructing his hotels, his emphasis on local food in the restaurants he owns and more recently social equity through the ownership structure of Proximity Hotel, which is now 100% employee-owned.
